Sample Summary report
Find the Project ID and Name first.
Status- Displays the Completion Status of the Project and which will be Open or Closed.
Use Loc to view the Location ID as well as Location Name.
Region Name will populate automatically.
Work Code / Category and Name- Each Work Code / Category ID and Name associated with the Project will be listed.
The Amount of Cost associated with the Work Code / Category will be listed.
Budget displays the amount of Budget available for the Work Code / Category.
Variance will show the difference between the Amount and Budget column.
% Com- Percentage Complete
The total for a Projects Amount, Budget, Variance and % Com column appears at the end of each Project. a Report total of these columns is available on the last page.
